Healing begins
with a hand.

A Christ-centered nonprofit rebuilding lives after loss. Our first center is open in Ternopil, Ukraine.

Where

Ternopil, Ukraine

For whom

Women who lost husbands and sons to the war

Cost to them

Nothing, ever

A house in Ternopil where women are allowed to fall apart.

Many of them lost a husband, a son, a child. Others live inside a siren that never quite stops. The center gives them a room, a counselor, and a table with other women who understand without being told.

It opened in spring. It is already full most days.

Counseling and therapy

With trained psychologists, one to one, free of charge and for as long as it takes.

Art and expression

Classes for what grief cannot say out loud.

Community and prayer

Shared meals, shared silence, spiritual care when it is wanted.

“He restores my soul.”

Psalm 23:3

Rooted in Christ.
Reaching in love.

To be the hands and heart of Jesus for those in pain.

To bring hope to those carrying trauma, grief, or fear of what comes next.

To serve with humility, attention, and grace.

To stay present after the news cycle has moved on.

Be part of the story.

Healing Hands exists because of people who believe in quiet, faithful work. The kind that shows up, stays present, and makes room for someone else to heal.
